Grant admin access to a user

Any existing member can be granted Administrator access by an existing Administrator only. When you give an admin access to a member, it's granting him/her access to the whole platform.

Here is how to grant someone with "Admin Access":

1. You have to look for his/her name in the coworker's section

2. Tick the box beside his/her name

3. Then, click "Visible fields" on the right and select "Grant admin access."

4. Confirm

If this coworker and new admin do not have a password to log in yet, you can send him/her an email to define their password. This new administrator will then be able to access his/her admin platform:

1. You have to look at his/her name in the coworker's section

2. Tick the box beside his/her name

3. Then, click "Visible fields" on the right and select "Reset password."

4. Confirm
