Participation chart
In the "Participation" section, the graph shows the total number of invitations ("users reached") and the total number of participations ("participants") in all programs, over a given period.
This graph represents a cumulative total number of invitations and opt-ins (and not per single user).
Example: if a member is matched 3 times in the same month, we'll count 3 in "participants".
You can change the visualized period:

Programs stats
This sections shows the statistics for "Running" and "Inactive" programs (with the possibility to view all programs on the same table, or to filter only on "Running" or "Inactive" programs). It does not take into account the statistics of deleted programs.
For each program, you will find high-level metrics:
Total reach
Opt-in rate
Number of RandomCoffee generated
Total Reach shows the number of opt-in messages sent throughout all the sessions of one specific program. This number differs from one session to another as the number of audiences in one session might not be the same as the audience's number in another one. Some people might be deactivated, and new people might be added to participate in the program.
You can export the results in 3 different formats:
Summary report: includes the program name, objective, number of opt-ins, number of sessions, unique opt-ins, number of RandomCoffees, total reach, and opt-in rate.
Detailed report: includes all the audience of the program (one line per member), with email, first name, last name, opt-in or opt-out date, session ID, match date, number of RandomCoffees, category values...
All rows matches: a very complete export detailing all the matches (for investigating issues for example)
For each program, you will find sessions history, metrics (reach, opt-ins, opt-in rate), and the option of downloading specific session data.
By clicking "Download", you will automatically receive the data report in your mailbox.
