The Member Portal is not always activated by Admins (so you may not have access to it if your Admin deactivated this option).

Home

This is the page where you land when you connect to your Member Portal.

From there, you can have a view on upcoming programs and sessions, and get more information about each program you're included in.

Scrolling down a bit, you can access two more sections: "Create your own opportunities" & "Quick actions".

Create your own opportunities

Don't want to wait for a program? Get an instant match!

By clicking on "Find someone", you will be asked to choose how do you prefer to connect: by setting criteria, or by letting the magic happen.

If you choose to set criteria, select the member categories, and automatically get matching suggestions based on your preferences. You can connect with one of them, or reshuffle results.

If you choose to let the magic happen, you will get instantly matched with someone randomly.

This section enables you to define your abilities and review all your connections

My Programs

Get an overview of all the program(s) you're involved in.

By clicking on the arrow next to each program's name, you can have more details about it (program information, creation date, audience, matchmaking rule, sessions planning, history of matches).

You can also unsubscribe from the program, via the "Stop participating" button.

My connections

Here you can retrieve all your matches from your different programs.

Drag and drop your connections from "Matched" to "Scheduled", then from "Scheduled" to "Met" when appropriate!

My Preferences

You can set up your preferences and state which profiles you would like to meet or avoid.

You can add as many preferences as you like, and rearrange them by order (the highest in the list is the most important for you).

Note that the algorithm will optimize the matches based on your preferences, but depending on the matchmaking rules set by your Admin, they could not be respected in some cases.

My Availabilities

Since the release of the "booking" feature, you can set your matching availabilities from your Member Portal to ensure perfect timing matches and enjoy a smoother matching experience.

Add your preferred timezone and day-by-day availability hours.

If no availability is entered, members are considered always available by default.

You can also add date-specific hours (for particular events for example), and snooze your participation from there.

If you define day-by-day availabilities and synchronize your Google/Outlook Calendar, the two methods add up to manage your availabilities.

By clicking on the "Schedule your coffee!" button, you'll be redirected to the booking page:

The slots offered in this page are those where all group members are available (if members adjusted their matching availabilities correctly).

As you can see in the screenshot above, when a member is not in the same timezone, a little globe is displayed next to their name with their timezone indication.

For now, the booking confirmation email displays the meeting time & date in the scheduler's timezone by default. However, each member has a slot booked in their own timezone in their agenda.
