You can downgrade your plan from Pro to Free, directly from your RandomCoffee Admin portal.
Here are the consequences from switching from Pro to Free:
You'll have to select 1 program to keep, and all others will be permanently deleted.
The administrator who created the workspace remains the only administrator (all others lose their administrator access).
Only 20 members will be matched in each program - and always the same - even if you have more members in your platform.
You'll still be able to enjoy your Pro plan until the end of your billing cycle.
If you have credits: they will not be reimbursed, and they remain available if you wish to subscribe to a Pro plan at a later date.
To downgrade your plan, follow these steps:
Login to your RandomCoffee platform (https://app.random-coffee.com/login/)
Go to the "Settings" tab, and open the "Billing & Plans" section.
Click "Downgrade":
Confirm your choice:
When you return to the βBillingβ tab, you'll see that your Pro plan has been cancelled, but you can still take advantage of it until the end of your billing cycle.
We cannot change an Enterprise plan during the course of a contract.
You'll have to wait until the end of your contract, after which you'll be on a Free plan. We'll then guide you through the process of configuring your Pro plan from your own RandomCoffee Admin platform.

At the end of your contract, your invoice will be visible (and downloadable) from your platform, as well as sent to you by email.
