Description of the different plans
Free
The Free plan is perfect for testing RandomCoffee, as it includes all the features (advanced matching rules, customizable session schedule, customizable templates, optional user participation, Slack & MS Teams integrations, Google/Outlook calendar integrations...) but with the following limitations:
1 program
20 users per session (only the first 20 members - and always the same - are matched for each session, even if you have more members in your platform)
1 admin seat
It's free forever, and you don't need a credit card to use it!
Pro
The Pro plan includes unlimited programs, 3 admins seats, as well as more features (such as: customizable sending domains, HRIS integration, priority support).
The Pro plan works with dynamic billing based on the maximum number of active members over the billing period.

Example: you subscribed to a Monthly Pro plan for 130 users (members) in March, for $215. However, you only added 48 members to the platform during this first month. So you will be billed $71 in March. In April, you want to launch a big program for an audience of 500 members, and add 477 new users to the RandomCoffee platform, for a total of 525 (48+477) active members now on your member list. Thus, in April, you will be billed $827 (since you have 525 active member on your RandomCoffee platform, even if all members do not participate to RandomCoffee).

Enterprise
The Enterprise plan includes unlimited programs, on-demand user seats and on-demand admin seats, as well as more advanced features (SSO, SCIM provisioning, 2FA authentification) and a dedicated support (CSM, onboarding & training sessions, detailed reports, etc.).

Access your RandomCoffee platform: https://app.random-coffee.com/login/
Open the Configuration panel and click "Billing & Plans".
