Hide categories from users

As an Administrator, you can hide categories from users limiting their preferences and Instant Match choices if they have access to the platform.

Hidden categories will not be available in the coworker's choice of preferences nor the choice of the "Instant Match" profile.

Note also that a hidden category will not appear as a field to fill in the invite form. By default, any category created is visible and available to coworkers in the choice of their preference and Instant Match.

How can I hide a category?

  1. Go to the Categories section of the Administration panel

  2. Click the icon to the right of the category

  3. Move the cursor from "Yes" to "No."
