Launch a program

Launching a program now has never been easier. All you have to do is, select the use case you want to implement from the use case library, modify the predefined settings, and schedule a session.

To launch a program, you need to follow the below steps:

• Go to the Use Cases library

  
• Choose a use case from the library that fits your needs.

  
• Modify the settings of the chosen use case (audience, matching rules, communication channel...)

  
• Launch the program

• Then, Check how to schedule a new session.
