Define matching availabilities

Since the release of the "booking" feature, users can set their matching availabilities in the employee portal to ensure perfect timing matches and enjoy a smoother matching experience.

How to add availabilities

  1. Go to your employee portal

  2. Go to the "Availabilities" panel from the side menu

  3. Add your preferred timezone and day-by-day availability hours

If no availability is entered, users are considered always available by default


How to add specific hours

Users can add specific hours which act like overrides to their availabilities when their hours differ from their normal weekly hours.

  1. click on "Add specific-date hours"

  2. Set your day-by-day specific hours
