Create a program from A to Z
This article shows how to create a program from A to Z instead of using one of the "default" programs from the "Use Cases Library".
Are you looking for a specific use case, but you can't find what you're looking for in the use cases library?
Here is what you can do:
Email
Slack
MS Teams
- Click on "Create a new program"
- Click on "Your own template"
- Set up your program's parameters
- Set up the group size and type of algorithm in the "matchmaking" section
- In the communication section, choose the dedicated channel to send the RandomCoffee invitations & matches
- Choose the audience for this specific program (everyone or specific people only)
- Customize the email templates
- Participants should reach out to their match to schedule a meeting!
Participants will receive the RandomCoffee through email.
- Click on "Create a new program"
- Click on "Your own template"
- Set up your program's parameters
- Set up the group size and type of algorithm in the "matchmaking" section
- In the communication section, choose the dedicated channel to send the RandomCoffee invitations & matches
- Choose the Channel for this specific program (general or any other channel)
- Customize the card content
- Participants would be able to connect through the chat created with their match
Participants will receive the RandomCoffee match through Slack.
- Click on "Create a new program"
- Click on "Your own template"
- Set up your program's parameters
- Set up the group size and type of algorithm in the "Matchmaking" section
- In the communication section, choose the dedicated channel to send the RandomCoffee invitations & matches
- Choose the Channel for this specific program (general or any other channel)
- Customize the card content
- Participants would be able to connect through the chat created with their match
