Schedule a session

Scheduling a new session is the last step before Launching the program. By default, scheduling a new session means setting the dates of both opt-in and matching emails.

After adjusting the Program's settings, plan your program sessions. When creating your first program, you actually schedule your program kick-off (first session).

To Schedule a new Round, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to "Settings"

  2. Select "Schedule a new session"

  3. If you have selected the "Ask for Participation" option in the Participation section of the Program settings, set the initial Opt-in email send date.

  4. Set the initial matching email send date which is when the match email will be sent out to your users.

Matching emails is the deadline for answering the opt-in email.

5. Set the Recurrence of the sessions which is the frequency of the run-out sessions (Every X weeks, the emails will be sent out on the same days of the week and time chosen by the admin.)

6. Click Save

  • Now you are set and ready to launch the program.

  • You can edit the round details even after the launch of your program by changing the date and time of the emails.

  • You have the option to delete one of the rounds or all of the sessions set.

  • Feel free to make any adjustments when needed.

We recommend keeping at least 2 working days between the opt-in emails and the matching emails to give some time for the users to participate in the session. This applies only if you choose the "Ask for Participation" option in the Participation section as mentioned earlier.
