Create a program from A to Z
This article shows how to create a program from A to Z instead of using one of the "default" programs from the "Use Cases Library".
Are you looking for a specific use case, but you can't find what you're looking for in the use cases library?
Here is what you can do:
Click on "Create a new program"
Click on "Your own template"
Set up your program's parameters
Set up the group size and type of algorithm in the "matchmaking" section
In the communication section, choose the dedicated channel to send the RandomCoffee invitations & matches
Choose the audience for this specific program (everyone or specific people only)
Customize the email templates
Participants should reach out to their match to schedule a meeting!
Participants will receive the RandomCoffee through email.
