Duplicate a program

Duplicating a program creates a new one with the same settings and conditions. This is a time-saving feature.

If you set your program in which you edited all the preassigned settings by changing the matching rules, adjusting the email templates... you can still duplicate this same program to save you the time of setting up and adjusting another one from the beginning.

This option could be used to create another program, that is the same as the original, but for a different audience or with minor changes. This way, you could adjust the changes on the duplicated program, and you won't have to go through the same steps from A to Z.

To create a duplicate program, follow the below steps:

1. Click on programs

   
2. Select the program that you want to duplicate.

   
3. Go to the "Campaign Management" in the "Settings" section

   
4. Click on "duplicate"

   

Here you are! A duplicate program is created. You can either use it as is, or you can apply some modifications.
