Unsubscribe
Users may not be able to participate in specific sessions or may not want to participate in the entire initiative. Here is how to unsubscribe from RandomCoffee's emails!
To unsubscribe from a session, a program, or the whole initiative on your own as an end-user, please follow the steps:
Click on "Click here" to unsubscribe as shown in the screenshot below:
2- Click the 1st option: "Do not participate in this session." as shown in the below screenshot, if you don't want to participate in the upcoming session only.
Note that you could opt out of a session by simply ignoring the opt-in email or clicking the "No" option of the email.
3- Click the 2nd option "Do not participate in any future sessions of this program" as shown in the below screenshot, if you don't want to participate in all sessions related to this specific program.
In this case, the end-user profile remains active, but he/she is no longer part of the audience for this specific program.
4- Alternatively, if you do not want to take part in the whole initiative, click on the 3rd option "Stop taking part in the whole initiative and no longer receive emails," as shown in the screenshot below.
For Direct Match programs:
As shown in the screenshot below, you can only unsubscribe from the whole program.
However, you can refer to the "Snooze" option that provides an option for users to state their unavailabilities in case of any type of leave (Vacation, maternity, paternity...)
Your feedback will assist us in improving our product and its features, so do not forget to say the reason behind your choice.
In that case, the end-user profile will be automatically deactivated and will not be part of any program's audience.
