This functionality is included in the "Pro" and "Enterprise" plans.
With SCIM provisioning, the IT administrators of a company are enabled to manage access permissions from a central hub, namely their identity provider. It adds extra security and reduces the manual tasks of user management.
You can integrate RandomCoffee with your identity provider on a self-service basis through your provider’s dashboard. The next step is activating provisioning in RandomCoffee’s Admin Center.
Go to "Setting" -> "Configuration"
Select "SCIM Provisioning"
Press the "Enable" button
Copy the "Base URL" and the "API Token" and send them to your IT professional
Set up the user provisioning through the identity provider and enjoy!
Updates are made in real time.
So, when a new e-mail address is created in your system for a newcomer, it should be automatically added to RandomCoffee. On the other hand, when an employee leaves the company, as soon as the email address is deactivated in your system, the member is deactivated in RandomCoffee.
